I'd have a resident evil style story, with all the original zombies and monsters, i think it would make for some interesting gameplay

Everything can be destroyed including Mountains and the very floor you stand on.
Colourful setting like a Katamari Level.
A dose of perversion only seen if one looked deeply into dialogue etc.
You Character is totally customiseable and can steal NPC's head and place them on their own.
You have telenetic powers and YOU are the sole cause of all conflict in the world.
Soundtrack composed by a Madman and Kittens
Every type of Gamer is catered for

sorta something with a ninja-mechtrooper, kicking some zombie-pirate ass!
in a huge city manufacturing guns and tanks, and alsy aircraft, and shoes (lol)
and you can steal the zombies arms and use them as weapons, and you've got auromatic shuriken machineguns, and lazerbears to ride on
and with the gore systems of Left4dead2 and god of war combined
and god of war like combo's and finishing moves
and the stealth of thief (never played it, but i heard it worked)
(^-^)

I, personally, would create a sand box game based on a book I'm writing.
Which is based on .... what setting/ period/ genre? No spoilers wanted, but it seems like you are holding back discussion content.
Yeah, my book is another stupid story based on super-soldiers, although the idea is a little original and the main characters don't ever actually encounter them, but merely observe them.
That's different and different is (sometimes and should be more often) good. You'd possibly have to change the game from the book though. In the game you'd definitely want to battle these guys at some point even if only as a finale.
Yeah that's probably a good idea but I seriously doubt I'll ever actually make the game so it's pointless to create the story anyway.

Yeah, my book is another stupid story based on super-soldiers, although the idea is a little original and the main characters don't ever actually encounter them, but merely observe them. The bad guy is a mock version of the person writing on this site [http://www.truthism.com/], but I make him a little more interesting.
Wait wut i read like 2 or 3 of the things... and got bored so i scrolled down to the so called TRUTHS... And the civilization thing was belieivable.. but then the one right after it with the reptilians... WUT??? Is this guy on medication?
Yeah it's really strange and the person writing it is very disturbed, but I've taken that idea and twisted it a little to make it seem less stupid and more evil. I think it works pretty well.

I would make a GTA style game, but the main character would be a superpowered ninja skateborder.

I'd go for a game based in a city similar to that of Sin City and you can play as a cop and chose whether to a good cop or bad cop. Take bribes or take down the bad guys, kill people or arrest them, that idea of thing.
I can imagine something of a mix between the art style of madworld, and the game engine of True Crime: New York City. And in my imagination. It is awesome

Mine would probably be Left 4 Dead but free-roamed in a city the size of Liberty City. I always wanted something like that.

I'd build a game that can be liniar, but still a sandbox. My game would have Psychonaut like levels that take place inside people's heads, but to such epic proportions, it would be like a game in a game. The story would have time travel (you can choose when and where to go and the story would be based off that) and would have a random negitive world that would be like smoking every type of weed, doing acid, being drunk, and being hit up with 10 gallons of novacaine directly into your skull over a year period. It would be messed up

It would have FPS gameplay with cover based levels that makes you switch the 3rd person, along with 2nd person view switching during points, character changes all the time. The main quest would take 6 months on it's own for a speed run, and with all the extras would take another 2.7 years extra on an expert speed run.

A game sort of like the Hitman games, where you have several levels, but there are no set ways to complete a mission.

Aaaaaaand that's it.

Yeah...

A super hero sandbox. You would be a wise crackin 20 year old who bought a demonic ring from a a pawn shop. It may seem cliche, but hte protagonist actually makes fun of you for sucking at it.

Oh yeah! My game would also incorperate an alternate personality that gives the player the options to design their own city anywhere in the world (literally), along with a secret base and give their alter ego (who plays like the character on steroids) a new look, name, and specialty, with the possibility to gain powers

Snatch/Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels The Game.

Or in other words, GTA London. It'd be fantastic. If Rockstar is clever, they'll listen to me.
You should play GTA: London.

That's why I'm calling for a new GTA: London. GTA: London is all cool, but out-dated. Think GTA4, but Guy Ritchie style. Insane characters, freaky plot developments, and heavenly please some variation in the missions. It'd be awesome.

Saints Row with improved RF:G destruction. Minus the bad pop-in from Saints Row and the overly openness of RF:G with a steady 30+ framerate.
But my dream may be close to reality, SR3 is said to be in a new city and both RF:G and SR are Voliton owned. Perhaps the new city is made to allow mass building destruction while still keeping a framerate above 2.
