Do you, or do you not have an internet connection in the scenario? I think it makes a BIG difference because it means that you can just use MMOs as a telephone. When I think of this scenario, I picture it basically as a "Fun(?) jail." Eat, sleep, crap, or play your ONE video game is your only option for the rest of your life/overly extended stay.

Morrowind is my answer regardless. I'm certain I would start to go insane after a while, and the NPCs could be my "Wilson"

There is no internet connection (i'll add that in the first post)
It is like jail (i've added that to the first post) but you are only in a room and can't exit it.
