Apparently a milkshake with an extra straw. I assume that extra straw was for someone you were expecting, but were stood up. And I also 'assume' that after noticing this I came over to comfort you (not before slipping a little something into that milkshake). Afterwards I invited you over to my place for coffee, and when one thing leads to another you end up in bed with a bulimic clown.
