Uh...You actually have to interact with the time frame. They won't just come through...its interesting like that.
I'm waiting for Shock to mess with the time frame. I got bored halfway through making my own time machine and threw it away so I can't do it.
Well, the interesting thing is you need some time distortion in order to make a machine like this. Its quite difficult.
