Funny, I saw the title and knew exactly what the thread was going to be about...

sure theres a few fucktards
For one, a "few" is putting it WAY too lightly. So, hmm... you're 17 according to your profile? Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if you haven't discovered how horrible of a place the world really is. If you haven't, try working in a service industry, or fast food. People are complete dicks and treat you like shit for no reason at all. Or, try being non-Christian and live in the bible belt. People here think I'm evil because I don't believe in their religion, while they are the ones manipulating and using people, picking fights, trying to diminished the beliefs of others, and threaten anyone who doesn't follow them, while they lack the ability to see anything through anyone elses eyes.

For two, you making this thread is no better than them making theirs.

In the time it took you to create that post, countless thousands died needless poverty related deaths at stupidly young ages due to dehydration, disease, starvation, civil war, tyranny or pure ignorance. Even in the 'enlightened' part of the world, many die because of unethical wars, a lack of organ donation, lack of personal hygiene, bad lifestyle choices or just because they happened to be in the wrong street/car/building/plane/room/bank/bed etc at the wrong time.

And that's before we mention all of the non lethal suffering due to illness, bullying, debt, stress or narrow minded authority figures.

And that's before we even begin to talk about natural disasters and the fact that we are draining this planet of natural resources faster than we can recover them, at the same time damaging the environment in ways that are easily reparable, but aren't done because their not cost effective.

Rules of the universe:
1. The world is chaotic
2. People are chaotic
3. The immediately easiest option is always pursued
4. It is a lot easier to believe than it is to think.

That's Funny

Uhum, yes the world is a bad place, have you not looked out the window? I tend to just deal with it, rather than complaining about the ones who complain.

I think things are worse than you make it out to be, but yeah, I hate those "Faith in humanity -1" people.

The world was pretty bad (but could still be enjoyed on a personal level, just like today), and is still far from perfect, but i think we are definitely moving in the right direction with more political and personal freedoms, wider access to information, and advances in technology (all happening with increasing speed).

People tend to ignore the good for the bad, and I do also get kind of tired of the "lost my faith in humanity" comments and threads, but it's pretty naive to think there are only "a few fucktards" in the world. If there were only a few bad people, then even the pessimists wouldn't be able to find much to complain about.
I mention a few because there the only ones who are actually complain worthy. Like the tyranicial rulers of the world, Figurativly and literally. but the petty bull on fox and fox itself is not complain worthy....just a bunch of idiots lol, Also

4000 POST!
Wha-? Oh! Thanks.

Huh, well my 4000th post is about a misunderstanding. My bad.
Its not a problem, Why be sorry for an opinion? lol

Life is like Caramel: Some people love it and find all the good things about it, while some complain about how much it sucks. It really just depends on the person.

100 (ish) people were murdered today in Libya for protesting for their freedom from tyranny.

Tomorrow also something bad will happen, we can ignore it if you like and be happy and ignorant but the world is a cold, cruel place. We find pockets of happiness when we hide our eyes from the bad things.

You suppose because im young that i have no world experience? Then you sir are ignorant. Because a person can learn alot in 17yrs, And everyone recives persecution at one point or another. Im atheist and my whole family are diehard christians but i dont mind if they hate me for it, its one more thing they have to get over, And i have worked in the food industry everytime someone was a dick to me i smiled and gave them the cheesyest *have a good day* i could. I havent had the hardest life but i can say the earlier parts werent easy and it made me appreicate everything i have today
No, I'm saying my view on the world completely changed when I was 18 and got out of high school.
