I think Latios and Latias have genders.
I'm pretty sure Heatran does too.

Heatran is the one I had in mind, but you are also correct with the Lati twins.

I am now thinking of a Pokemon introduced in Generation 4, whose previous evolution was introduced in Generation 2 (along with one of its' types)

Murkrow/Honchkrow
The dark type and Murkrow were intro'd in gen 2 and I'm pretty sure Honchkrow is 4th gen.

I'm thinking of the only Pokemon that can get a Same Type Attack Bonus from the move Explosion.

I was originally thinking of Snorlax for this, but that learns Selfdestruct, not Explosion...

well i searched the first page and no-one's got it yet, the answer is Larvitar, it has two arms and legs while Pupitar has none, and Tyrannitar is the only Rock/Dark type, good guesses everyone, but the cookie stays with me!
