What's a pokemon that starts off with many (> 4) limbs, evolves into no limbs, then evolves again into 4 limbs?
Caterpie has many legs, Metapod has none, and Butterfree has four (unless you include wings).

OT: I'm thinking of a female-only Pokemon of regal appearance.
I'm assuming Vespiqueen, though I suppose Nidoqueen could arguably fit the description of regal. Or it could have been used as a kinda cryptic clue.
Correct again, it was Vespiqueen! And yeah, it does sound a little cryptic now that you mention it. :p

OT: I'm thinking of a pair of Pokemon that became part of the same family in the generation after the one they were introduced in.

Erm, Larvitar?

Edit: Weedle seems to have many limbs.
Hmm, the bulbapedia seems to disagree with Pokemon Red. Looked like Kakuna had arms in Red's pokedex, but apparently not. Also Weedle doesn't look like he has any limbs in Red. I guess you're correct.

For giggles, what other one I was actually thinking about?

*EDIT*- 2xDouble guessed which one I was thinking of.

And, yeah, 2) Farfetch'd was right. I think I might start numbering mine.

From Earlier:
4) Which pokemon can be defined as a combination of something we eat and what humans evolved from? (Bonus Hint: He's of fighting type)

I'm thinking of a pokemon, that one that you borrow for a while... and quite possibly never give back... Sure you could break some rocks to find one of your own, but the guy basically gave you the damn thing, why should you give it back after all the effort you put into training it...
Fine, take it back you selfish bastard, lord knows what the heck its sposed to be anyway, wierd buggy turtle thing

Aw, Shuckle.

Thinking of a turtle pokemon that evolves from a hard shelled turtle, into a soft shelled turtle, into a hard shelled turtle.

I instantly thought Primeape... I couldn't figure out the food, I thought prime, maybe you were thinking of prime beef or something...

Took me ages to remember him and mankey are crossed between pigs and monkeys.

Tangela...
And to a lesser extent... is it Tangrowth? I'm not as familiar with the newer gens as I'd like.

I'm thinking of a pokemon with a sweet tooth, and hand.

Yeah, the one where some kid thinks it's a Pikachu but it's Koffing and he yells "GOD DAMMIT"

I am thinking of a legendary Pokemon that, unlike most legendaries, has a gender.

[EDIT] No Gen V

I think Latios and Latias have genders.
I'm pretty sure Heatran does too.

Yeah. I think I should play the later generations. Trying to get to 150 for some stupid reason on Red recently, all my questions are too early gen.

I'll come back when I think of anything else, besides that I have no idea what yours is.

Heatran is the one I had in mind, but you are also correct with the Lati twins.

I am now thinking of a Pokemon introduced in Generation 4, whose previous evolution was introduced in Generation 2 (along with one of its' types)

Murkrow/Honchkrow
The dark type and Murkrow were intro'd in gen 2 and I'm pretty sure Honchkrow is 4th gen.

I'm thinking of the only Pokemon that can get a Same Type Attack Bonus from the move Explosion.

I've got a Munchlax that has self-destruct, but I guess that doesn't count...
OH!
Is it Smeargle?
