I'm writing a story, and I need an alias for my serial killer.

EDIT: Like his serial killer name ie. Jack the Ripper, the Happy Face Killer, something that the news people call him.

EDIT EDIT: He's nuts, and he kills people because of it (yeah, I know most crazy people aren't actually violent). He only kills in LA, but he's not specific to one part of the city. There's really no link between his victims, but his MO is to cut their throats, then hack up the bodies. This is done really poorly, as he has no medical knowledge. He is pretty non-specific as to where he dumps the bodies.

His mother died in a car crash, he was in the back seat and witnessed it, he was five. He was stuck in there for hours as the paramedics tried to figure out how to get him out, seeing his mother's mangled corpse the entire time. He got nightmares about it for years, and for years his father blamed him for the accident. He never understood why, that his father was just grief stricken and unable to let it out without his wife, but he took it to heart all the same. When he turned fourteen he got angry at a boy at school and pushed him off a third story fall onto a sign post. The boy died slowly and your antagonist watched with an odd facination. A few months later a girl turns him down and he moves to cutting her, enjoying it far too much, and a few weeks later when his dad starts yelling at him over his mother's death he goes all out on the man, removing limbs with a buzz saw, cutting him up while he's still alive, full nine yards.

I wont go beyond that since you obviously have a story in mind.

Pretty much, just take a detail from one of the crime scenes or from his killing pattern, and then try to make it into a catchy name. Worked with Red Dragon[/s] by... some author, can't remember his name, think it was Dan Brown. The killer always bit his victim, so they called him the Tooth Fairy.

How does he kill people?

He cuts em up. With really jagged instruments. Then he just kinda dumps their bodies wherever so the cops can't get a lock on him.
