It's funny, cuz the last gun i used was an AK-47. Today, i got an AK-47! Airsoft gun, yes, but AK nonetheless.

Lead is readily worked with even in the home (though caution is advised) as it can be melted under the flame of a butane torch. All you need to do is measure the barrel diameter, commission a mold and you're halfway there. As far as powder, you can find that at most gun stores.

I don't know if I would actually want to try and fire such a thing however as the chance of catastrophic failure is probably pretty damn high.
