I would rally the geth and have them beat their evil brothers in metal before helping them achieve universal domination. HAIL THE GETH!

or I would talk things over with the reapers, maybe see if they could make me into a cyborg so I could replace soveriegn for the next batch of fleshbags.

plan C involves the cheesy "unite the people", "make a virus" or "build a giant EMP" tactics that are actually going to be used in the game.

In ME1, I spared the Rachni Queen. In ME2, she informed me that she and her children were rebuilding their civilization. I'm hoping that the Rachni, lead by the Queen, show up in the 3rd act for a Helm's Deep style last minute save.

I actually hope that ME3 is a no win scenario. That no matter what Shepard does, the reapers win.
That could be really gripping and bittersweet if done right. And then it flashes ahead 50,000 years to show that for all of the resistance Shepard put up, no one can break the cycle.

OR OR OR!

Having the Geth fleet, Migrant Fleet, Alliance, Council, Rachni and Batarian (why not?) all converge on the Citadel for a Galalactic scale Zerg Rush.

There's only what, 1500 Reapers? Sovereign managed a kill ratio of about fifteen to one with back up. I'm sure the whole galaxy can manage 22'500 warships.
This, of course, is the realistic answer.

The consequences of ME1 and 2 will play out.

Also, we haven't seen Tuarian or Alliance Dreadnoughts yet. Sure, the Geth fleet butt raped an Asari Dreadnaught, but its been established that the Alliance and Tuarians are the Military masters. For all we know, the only reason Sovereign did so well is because the Asari blow and the Alliance was rushing.

Think about it. The Protheans were a unified nation. We can assume their military wasn't exactly up to snuff. Now, with 4 major Citadel factions (Plus the Geth and Quarians), whole solar systems over run with pirates, and several 'terrorist' species, it's possible that the Galaxy is more ready then any previous cycle.

Actually, it would be neat if part of the game was seeding the galaxy with clues and weaponry for the next cycle, and getting to watch the next group succeed.

Ezo bombs! Those things basically allow people to screw with gravity if it's implanted into their bodies, imagine what could happen if you create one in bomb form. Pretty sure if you build one and detonate one inside the reaper it will collapse in itself.
or just lock Jack inside of Harbinger and just wait for her to tear out a bulk head(Joker of course, will be taking ppictures of the event) and it'll be some sweet sweet irony that a human(Jack the Vanguard) will be HARBINGER'S ''Vanguard of Destruction''

*5 minutes later"
*screen fades in, both parties laughing*
Reaper: "...and to think we were actually planning on killing you! Haha, how silly we were"

I'm surprised no one brought this up: Weapons of Mass Destruction. Well if we have weapons like the H-bomb and nukes today, why not use their equivalents in the future? Hell, Shepard had the M29 Cain, imagine a bigger version...

Or You can do what others suggested:
Unite the races, Hack them using E.D.I. and other A.I., or use E.M.P.s as they are machines.

The Cain was a ridiculous rail gun that fires (Conventional) explosives.

EDIT: The rail guns used by Dreadnoughts hit harder then most nukes used today.

they wont do that but there will be a way for you to fuck over the universe.

OT: i think that sheperd will find a new relay that leads to were the reapers were created first and there will probily be plans to the basic reaper there. sheperd races back and uploads the weak points of the reapers to every ship in the massive fleet and boom massive battle ending with you fighting inside harbinger to take out their leader:)

hey He has a point, the Cain is effectively a handheld nuke lancher, I can't see how hard it would be to make a larger one and strap it onto the normandy, combine that with the Thanix cannon, and then the SR2 can be a Reaper destroyer, though there IS the kinetic barriers you have to worry about, but The Normandy SR2 is a Cruiser ship bordering on the size of a dradnought and it's kinetic barriers were taken out by those Oculus things(the floating eyeballs on the SM) so a reaper's can't be much better

Call in parallel-universe assistance; let the Navy of the Imperium of Man take out the fuckers (for those not in the know, this is the same navy that allowed Men to dominate the vast majority of the Galaxy; the ships it can muster number near the millions and any capital ship is capable of single handedly wiping all life from a planet.)

The Cain Wiped out half the human reapers health when I used it. If what you said is true about it, then... We should fire nukes using rail guns ^_^

Hijack one and start obliterating the others. If step 1 could be done, step 2 could be done because of the general rule in games that if you have a vehicle and your opponent(s) have that same vehicle, yours is way more powerful and resilient.

The rachni will evolve some sort of bio-titan, a reaper made of flesh and full of tentacles. It does unspeakable things to the reapers, and any survivors flee to darkspace as fast as they possibly can.
