In Mass Effect 3...How would you destroy the Reapers?

Three ideas:

1 - Shepard uploads a "killUaLL virus" onto a convenient reaper mothership, killing the whole fleet, ala Independance Day

2 - Rewire the reapers indoctrination so that they all self destruct.

3 - Rallying the galaxy and sending individual fleets off to fight a group of reapers.

In ME1, I spared the Rachni Queen. In ME2, she informed me that she and her children were rebuilding their civilization. I'm hoping that the Rachni, lead by the Queen, show up in the 3rd act for a Helm's Deep style last minute save.

Seeing how they're machines I'd just carpetbomb them with EMP weapons. Sure the digital infrastructure would be messed up but it'd be worse off if the reapers were allowed to run their course.

Not if tech is hardened.If it touches the ground and has a big enough thick casing,it can survive emp.

Just as the fleet approaches the Normandy, Shepard will challenge them to a dance off. They will quickly realize that reaping such a species would ruin the artistry of dance and commit themselves to self decay or crash themselves into the nearest sun. Then we ride into the sunset.

That might be the best ending ever for anything. I approve.

Also, to the OP... Shepard already is a ninja. As an Infiltrator, he can turn invisible!

God, I love Mass Effect. It's like BioWare just decided to cram as many "I can't believe he did/said that!" moments into a couple of games as they possibly could.
