Anyway, is there any way to see how the inline image tags would actually look? I don't want to randomly send in my review and find out that my pictures have all been halved in size.

Also, I'm assuming as reviewers we cannot vote (or at least ethically vote), but can we still view other's reviews?

It's pretty informal. I'll make a "ROUND ONE: Indie Review Tournament" thread, which will pit three pairs of reviews head-to-head. Anyone (even the original writers) can vote on each round. So it'll look a bit like this:
