haze is the only example i could come up with...dark sector was also a contender...

The story wasn't horrible, but the Glitches definitely warrant it a Rental.

I played the demo and while I enjoyed it, I am not going to buy it. If I had some extra cash I would definitely buy it to kill time while I wait for some other big titles, but it doesn't do anything to really grab much of my attention.

Quoted for truth. Though I can't imagine it doing anything worse than average, if not selling a whole bunch.

It's got the Uncharted 2 Beta with it, correct? If it does, a fair amount of people may buy it just for that. Obviously, it won't be like a "Crackdown" in terms of H3 beta and selling units, but still.

They rated The Last Remnant over 8.0. Rent it and try to play for more than an hour. I dare you. It's that bad. It's not just bad as a game, it's even bad as a JRPG. And that says something.

I think this is the best answer I've ever seen to anything anywhere...

On topic though, it seems to be a hit. I've never played it myself, but I know a bunch of people at work were talking about it, and seemed to be enjoying it quite a bit.

They rated The Last Remnant over 8.0. Rent it and try to play for more than an hour. I dare you. It's that bad. It's not just bad as a game, it's even bad as a JRPG. And that says something.

First of all, isn't an 8 lower than a 9? I think so. Also most of the games that are around 7-8s are usually iffy and I said "over an 8". Some even like The Last Remnant. But for the most part, their ratings are accurate. Also inFAMOUS seems like a super hero version of Assassin's Creed, and I loved that game though I'd admit it needs much improvement, it's just my opinion. Here's IGN's Greg Miller's opinion: "It took me about 25 hours to go through both storylines, but I've put in a total of 30 hours searching for Blast Shards and my Platinum Trophy. All that, and this still isn't old." I know the gameplay is extremely fun because I played a demo and that was very fun for a demo, which is only a small portion of the full game. So with the fun gameplay and the 55+ hours of gameplay, I think inFAMOUS is worth at least $60 when I spend the same for games that last not even half that and still worth $60.
