Don't forget STALIN if you're going after really sick puppies - killed far more people than Hitler ever did.

And Caligula, look him up, guy was a genius (by which I mean, so mental to the point at which its funny).

If you want to be safe: Al Capone.
Hitler and Capone? Are you guys cribbing from "Escape from Hell"? And I don't mean the second RPG [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Escape_from_Hell_(novel)].
Never heard of them, But, I mean, how can you have a play about the final resting places of the wicked, and not have Hitler?

2. Lust
3. Gluttony
4. Greed
5. Wrath and Sullenness
6. Heresy (Having a radical opinion that differs from that of the word of God)
7. Violence
8. Fraud
9. Betrayal

Pol Pot, King Leopold, Kaiser Wilhelm, Stalin, Saddam, Iddi Amin (actually, is he dead yet?), and King Henry the 8th. That should be enough.

Well that depends, how much can you afford to piss people off?

If that answer is "not much", I suggest you stick with ancients and hated individuals, like Alexander the Great, Stalin ect.

You can put L. Ron Hubbard or Tom cruise in the circle of the heretics, due to their scientology. And if people criticize it saying "Tom Cruise isn't dead yet" answer that when he does die, he'll more than likely go there.

Also, I am accepting people for the limbo sections, people that were good, but didn't know about god. BTW, I am not trying to get a relgious message across, I am agnostic, it just seems like a fun play to do.
i took a test thing that said i would go to limbo, but it also said i would be sharing the space with Aristotles, Caesar, Socrates, Homer and Virgil.

All of the antagonists from assassins creed 2 seeing as in they were real people.
and the final boss was rodrigo borgia a fucking psycho pope who slept with his own daughter *gags*. Having a pope in hell is sure to turn a few heads.
Other examples if you want to be controversial are richard the lionheart, walt disney, musolini (okay not so controversial) judas (obviously). cant think of anyone else right now you've haven't already said.

That actually sounds like a good idea
