3. Medical Marijuana: When options 1 and 2 both fail, MMJ has never failed to help me sleep a full night of peaceful sleep. I know many people are ignorant to its medicinal benefits so I suggest you look it up yourself if you do not know it. Also please make sure the type of MMJ you get is indica and not sativa. Reason being is indica gets you the relaxation in order to rest and sativa is for the mind/deep thinking. Also if you visit a dispensary do not forget to ask them for a grade that has a high CD count. CD is how potent the relaxation and removal of pain is. THC is the psychoactive part. So you can get high without turning into a stereotype stoner.
The worse thing you could do is get sleeping pills that are incredibly expensive and has so many chemicals that are bad for you (including harsh addictions). I have seen first hand experience of the toll those have created. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
I'll go with this answer, I know for one I used to use medication to sleep standard pill shit, had no effect after awhile and then I got shit withdrawal symptoms, never had that problem with MJ, my advice, look for a good kush, bluberry is awesome cuz it doesn't tend to stink as much, smells more like a fresh blueberry plant, that stuff will put you to sleep, trick is, finding a doctor who'll hook you up with a card, can be difficult depending on where you live, and in some places medical marajuana hasn't been recognized as legal yet, unfortunately, fortunately I live in canada people, CANADA FTW!
