If you think Oblivion is good, you obviously haven't played Morrowind. It makes Oblivion look like a big fat turd.
Played Morrowind for hours, never beat it. Made it to level 47. Beat the mage's guild quests.

I like oblivion better. It's just me. Love the graphics.
Anything else? The story quest sucks, the dialogue system is pathetic, the environments are repetetive, the physics is weird, you can't spellmake or enchant without going all over the map and doing ridiculously difficult quests designed for people with OCD, then becoming a member of a university and paying ridiculous amounts of money, the city design is boring, the dialogue is FUCKED, the dialogue is FUCKED, and the dialogue is FUCKED.

Reconsider.
What is there to reconsider? I played the hell out of Morrowind. I got to level 47. Got all the Ebony and Deadric armor. Found a shield worth 200k. I just like Oblivion better.
Why, though? Morrowind is far more fun. If you want something new, I suggest Assassin's Creed or V8 Supercars 3 Australia.

Intelligent games? Emmm, anything that requires some brain power, I guess. You can get Braid, World of Goo, Arcanum (seeing as you enjoy RPG's, apparently), Portal and Advanced Wars for the DS. Those are pretty intelligent by that definition.

Let me squeeze Tron 2.0 in here, possibly the only example of an "intelligent" first person shooter.

Anyway, any intelligent or in-depth games for either would be appreciated. Don't worry if I may already have the game, just give me some suggestions, if you would. I want to know in your opinion what you woudl all an intelligent game.

I can only say, Star Control 2.

This game will NOT hold your hand. I often play it when I feel the urge for some good fun again. Sadly, I know it so well I no longer have the joys of running on fumes while roaring through hyperspace being tailed by six squads of the Kohr-Ah...
I have 2 pages in a notebook dedicated to coordinates for that game so I don't forget important locations.

Also, I think I forgot to mention Sins of a Solar Empire in here...

Half Life 2, and it's episodes. The thinking man's shooter I like to think.

Failing that you could get an RTS game or something.
