Okay if forcing characters to move is the only way of getting this thing going, then so be it.

Susan nodded to Spook showing she understood. She drew her pistol and her and the rest of the group continued on down the carpet. When the reached the end the found that the walls had collapsed leaving only the basic structure and rubble. There was a small hole on the far side of the room that showed a space beyond the wall of rubble.

"Well who wants to go in first?" Susan asked peering through the hole.

"I'll go, unless the doctor has a problem with me doing that too." James didn't wait for a response, instead crawling into the crevice. He drew his gun and saw that there was a red glowing vile. "What the hell?" He whispered as he approached the vile. He picked it up. "Hey, guys I found something. It says Electrobolt on the side, not sure what that means though."

 

[Zirat]

Ripley looked at the vial James held with interest "You just found that lying there? Looks pretty iffy if you ask me" He said taking it out of his hand. "Electrobolt huh? sounds like a drug if I heard anything, maybe thats what that freak was on when he left a message"

Exasperated, Melody bent down to peer at the vial in James' hands. "I swear, the moment you get injured, you will think othervise...vhat is that?"

"I think it's a plasmid that guy was talking about in that audio dairy, and why are you so worried? Think I've never been hurt before or something? Look, I used to be a gangster, you think I never got shot?" James said slightly annoyed to the doctor. Don't get too flirty with her, I don't want her hurt.

Having dealt mostly with either corpses or machines, she had very little opportunity to cultivate her bedside manner during her employ with the federal government. Her irritation was clear on her face. "Und you think zhat I have never seen someone die of a broken rib before...or zomethink? I used to be a doctor; you think I have never seen a patient?!" Melody took a slow, measured breath to get herself back under control. She took a second look at this...plasmid. "Hmmm...it looks like...mein Gott. It truly is plasma. I zhink this might even be compatible vith human blood...though I cannot be sure without a laboratory...or a human guinea pig." She laughed slightly at her joke. Surely no one would seriously consider introducing an unknown entity into their bloodstream just for the sake of curiosity...

"Well in any case you should keep the vial, something the boys in white up top can study once we get back." Susan said crawling through the hole. She looked up the stairs and saw the ocean through dirty windows. "Grab it and let's go" She said walking up the stairs and past a burned couch.
