I find that it gives you short burst's of isometric energy, followed by a long lasting sugar high which i find useful when im exercising, trekking, fighting or playing but im not worried about losing weight as im already in shape i just train muscular power, muscular endurance and cardio-vascular with a tiny bit of muscular strength so i find it useful.ToTaL LoLiGe said:I read in the newspaper that Lucozade contains more calories than you're burning during exercise, they're meant for athletes and if your exercising it's best to drink water.
