Zombies, Vampires, Werewolves, they've all been done to death. Zombies will die out (shut up) but sooner or later, maybe in five or ten years they will become massively popular again. Though that's just a guess.

Yes, they're everywhere. It seems like every game has to incorporate them somehow now. Not to mention endless books about them, just because there was one great comedic book about zombies does not mean we need any more.
No. What I'm sick of is all these fucking Ghosts. They've been driving me 'round the bend for a week now. I called the council, but apparently I have to pay £50 to get them removed.
Nooo not really. I Play WAW zombies, Blobs zombies, zombie apocalypse, left for dead 1 and 2., dead rising 1/2/case west/Zero, Crackdown2 and a shitload of other zombie relatet games. And am a sucker for zombie movies as well.

One of the anime that just started airing has a zombie protagonist. I'd like to see zombies used in different ways ( i.e. other than the "Shuffling mindless slow corpse" archetype) like this much more often. Otherwise, how WOULD people be able to hold interest indefinately?
I'm not sick of it. The walking dead was very good, so was the comic. Just the other day I was thinking, much like red dead, an undead (or nocturnal predator of some variety) expansion could go well with assassin's creed. Imagine having to stay away from the streets and up off the ground because they were swarming with zombies, having to work with Borgia captains as the shit hit the fan in Rome, zombie Pope! The zombie shooter games interest me far less, havin to hold off a horde of zombie dogs with a spear, now that could get really interesting.
The cities are overwhelmed and Romulus cultists or witches are at fault. More assassination missions, new brute possibilities (frankenstein nigh-unkillable creatures).

To be perfectly honest, I've noticed as annoying a glut about anti-zombie posts and threads as zombie posts and threads.
Also, 'is anyone else sicks of' threads are a dime a dozen around here.
So lets talk about whats most important: MEAT POPSICLES
Zombies are awesome and the above poster's comment about zombie assassin's creed sounds pretty damn cool to me. But, lets end the "OMG WHAT WOULD YOU DO IN A ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE THREAD #448298" threads if you don't mind?

Oh, and I've been tired of zombies since before all of you.
I've never been a huge zombie fan, but beating/shooting the crap out of them in games is entertaining. I think it's been overdone however.
Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing more "bug war" scenarios in popular culture. I have an inexplicable weakness for space marines with absurd armor and huge guns fending off endless waves of chitinous monstrosities.

Not sick of zombies, but tired of seeing people pump out the same movie or game twice a month. I guess original thought takes time and effort.
