Yes, to some people. Those people are called trolls and griefers. They exist to make the game (or net in general) less fun for everyone else. They enjoy it and should be kicked in the balls. We are supposed to have them reported and kicked. You fell for their bait, and the game became less fun for you. Too bad it's not as easy as saying "just avoid them." That's impossible, sadly.

The only time I'm ever a jerk online is in WoW PvP. Raiding alliance villages and killing everything, but it's a PvP server so it's expected.

Also some guy tried to kill me when I was low health, he waited for me to fight something else then came in when I was weak. I think it's only fair I ganked him, stealthing until he spawned a few times.

Other games like L4D and all FPSs I have a sort of certain etiquette formed from playing so much. I won't spawncamp and stuff like that.

Im sure the people being the a-holes are having great fun but it really gets to me.
I get so much stick for not having a gamerscore ofsomething like 20,000 and couple that with being female....Yea i get shit.

But the ones being idiots are usually very insecure people that are either hormonal, angsty 15yr old boys or have the mentality of one.

Usually when a fucker can do anything with out being punished he'll do it(just because he can). I hate this retarded logic but it's true and it's not only on the internet, it's even in real life
Short story: my country after several decades of communism managed to transcend to democracy. So what do we do now?! We seal! Why because we couldn't then. What I meant was that the fact you were so easily annoyed by it just made it more fun for him.

While I may be easily annoyed, he was doing this the entire match, it was only halfway through that I began to yell.

Hence, the troll got what he wanted. They are patient buggers sometimes.

But if you said you where busy yelling, and you only started yelling halfway through, why not kick him before that?

Because at first he started ditching only, which was a small annoyance, and halfway through he began shooting us and stealing the medkits. And would you kindly shut up with the trolling, that's not what I made this for.

Unless I just get the urge.
I get the urge when I see people doing dumb things on games, say on WoW a hunter with only things with spirit at level 72, I asked him why and he said "Because of your mom" then I acted like a smartass and owned him and proved him wrong time and time again.

The funny thing is, thats how I get most of my friends, I act like a dick, then they calm down, I calm down, apolagize and we become friends =o
