Is it true that you can't change a whore into a house wife? (No offence to females)

Alright so there's this girl that I really like and we have spent a lot of time together in a kind on off relationship but I've figured out that she "gets around". I wanna make this girl my girlfriend but every time I try to get close with her its like she moves father away if you get my meaning. I know we have the same interested and everything I know she likes me to a certain extent. So how should I approach this situation? If you guys could give me some advice or pointers it would be greatly appreciated. If I could maybe get a female perspective that would also help.

Thanks

Um...saying "no offence" doesn't really help at all you know. WTF were you thinking?

And...if she moves further away from you when you try to get close...there's a really, really big hint there.

Maybe she doesn't want a relationship. Maybe there's something specific about you that's making her keep her distance (No offense). Maybe she's secretly a spy and doesn't want you to get too close or she'll have to kill you.

Either way, you can't be her shrink and her boyfriend. Find someone else.

No. No it's not.
Saying `no offence` doesn't make it not offensive.
Blimey, escapist.

EDIT2: I'm withdrawing from this conversation to go forth and make pasta. Please don't quote me

It's... Uh... Stamping "No offence" on it doesn't make the title less unpleasant...

It sounds more like "How do I make this filthy bawdygirl my personal household drone?", which (probably) isn't your intention, I'd suggest you rephrase that, because it really sticks in the eyes.

Pretty sure the whole "she moves away as I get close" bit is a pretty big hint she's dropping. If you really feel like you wanna go out with her, I'd kinda advise against it if she really does get around, then talk to her about the idea of going out. I'd say don't go wasting your time on it though. Just sounds like too much work for a relationship.

P.S. Should really reconsider that title. It's pretty rude and if you feel like tacking on no offense makes it okay, it really, really doesn't

Actual whore: unlikely. It erodes every sense of value about themselves and the intimacy about sex. Intimacy and their view of men gets devalued to a point where it's beyond repair, and I'm yet to see examples of the contrary (although admittedly I only talk with 3 examples at work).
I'm going to disagree with you on that, that's quite a generalisation.

Admittedly I've also not known many sex workers, but if they'd not told me they were, I'd not have guessed.

You know all those girls who get a bit crazy and wild in college, do you know where they end up?
Married!
You know how they end up after that? Divorced!
Of course, because all divorces are their fault?

Lets look at this question properly, it's basically asking `Are women capable of changing priorities?`

The answer is obviously yes. I can't fathom how some people can be so dumb.
`No, only menfolk can sleep around without it staining their personality!`.

That has to be the most misogynistic title I have ever seen on this board. Not cool bro

OT: She is not interested. Leave her alone.

Yep, that's exactly what I and others said. 100 fucking percent.
I don't see guys being called `whores` very often (not seriously, anyway). But, I'm interested to know what it is about sleeping around that renders someone incapable of being marriage material.

No, it's asking "Can you turn a whore into a housewife?". Theres a lot more in it than priorities.

Just another one of those topics where anyone who says something remotely controversial is labeled a sexist pig. Doesn't exactly help your cause...
Yeah that's exactly what I said. :p
This has nothing to do with any `cause`, don't be silly. This has to do with being a bit fed up of all the `Fucking women, how do they work?` threads that are all pretty much based on assumptions and negative stereotypes. It's a bit grating, really.

Why would you say "no offense to women"? I know a LOT of male whores... guys are praised for getting around, and women are slammed.

And no it's not true.

Remotely controversial? Yeah, might be just a little more than that.

Not to mention deciding the word "whore" is the best to describe a woman who "gets around".

Firstly, change the title of this thread before you piss off any more people.

Secondly, just fucking talk to her about it. Lay out the ground rules. If you don't want it to be a casual on-off relationship, then just say that. If she wants to continue having sex with other people and you're unhappy with that, then break up with her.

She is just using you and apparently doesn't like you. Gee, I can't see why. You're calling her a whore for not being in a committed relationship... yet you'll willingly sleep with her before knowing you want one and continue to pursue it when you know she doesn't.

You're just kind of a dick. Stop sleeping with her and be a good person, maybe she'll change her mind.

Also: To some women, being a "whore" (Escort, ro whatever they choose to call themselves - their choice) is their job. It's the oldest job known to mankind. Unless they were forced into it (which many are, and then we need to help those as best we can), but if they choose it themselves, more power to them. It's a valid career option. I think it should be legal and regulated and not used as an insult.
