Dogs.... eh, not that big of a deal. Cats... no way in hell will I have anything of mine dangling down encouraging a cat to slap it around.
However, during sex its different. Take the dog OUT of the room, otherwise I can promise you that you will have a cold, wet nose poke you in the last place you want to be poked at the most inopportune time. Trust me.

I guess it's not a completely screwed up thing to do, but it certainly is a little weird, in my opinion.
No, my dog does the same thing. The only reason a dog will possibly look at you when you're getting changed is because you're doing an action. You're moving your body and making noise. Depending on the dog it may look at you and wag its tail, or just glance your way and look away. Dogs are usually attracted by noises and movement because they are curious creatures. So no, I don't think it's weird because it's not like the dog is judging you, it's attention is just piqued because you're moving.

Shrug dogs always slept in my room pretty sure they have seen me change, it's not like they are paying attention, they just sit there and wait and follow me about everywhere.
Last time I checked the pet is likely just as naked as you. So no not really, or at least I don't see anything creepy about it.
Nah. At first it was kinda O__O but they are dogs, they don't see you any differently naked or clothed. One time though I was taking a crap and my dog pushed the bathroom door open with its snout and put its head on my lap, that shit did not fly. So there are some lines I guess heh.
Yeah me and my girlfriend at the time used to have sex in the same room as her cat. It made me think "is this cat weirded out by our mating?" I thought about it a little bit and I came to the conclusion that the cat is naked, so I shouldn't worry.
Your dog, cat or any other animal doesn't give a shit whether you're naked or you're wrapped in random bits of cloth or whatever, the same way you don't care if you see your dog without clothes on.

Keep in mind, your pets are always naked. It doesn't seem to bother them that much. If you have cats though and you're in the mood to be relaxing naked around the house, do NOT let them sit in your lap. This is always a recipe for disaster. Think of cat claws, inches away from the most sensitive and thinnest skin on your entire body.
The only time it was ever really weird was when one of my cats (now dearly departed) began meowing at me, while I was engaging in some "self love" as it might be called. I don't think an animal has ever conceived of what this act actually is, but I think this particular cat knew and was berating me for it.
