So I was talking to this girl in Warhammer Online and she's really cool and funny and all that. Then she starts flirting with me and staying stuff like "awww poor you I'll rub it better for you when you get back" when I said I needed ice for my neck ... which I kinda fell asleep on after my night out earlier.

Then when I logged off (lying) saying I was going to bed she said "night hunni, sleep well"

Now at this point I'd like to point out I have a perfectly healthy social life and don't have a problem picking up girls or anything like that.. sometimes. And I was just being my normal self talking to her and didn't encourage it. Much..

So bearing in mind this is an MMO, I'd like to ask you guys, do you think she is a girl or a guy trying to punk me?


(Not that I mind it being a guy, its just if it is then the point is then all about him trying to trick me and I can't be tricked.)

I should admit that I play Ragnarok Online and about 1/3 of my guild is female so anything is possible but I would think that Warhammer Online wouldn't attract too many women.

Whether it's a guy or a girl shouldn't really matter (just go with me on this one for a bit). It might just be mindless friendliness or flirting if it's a girl or gay guy (and even then, it doesn't necessarily mean they want to hook up) or a tease/punk by a straight guy. In either case, it shouldn't be taken with much seriousness unless they interfere with your game.

well... it´s not so hard to pretend to be a girl once (i was 16-18 or so, i dont remember exactly when) i created a hotmail account called "powerpuffgirl87" and started logging into chats as a 15 yo girl... i got all kind´s of fat guys over 30 trying to hook up with me, really disturbing and sick...

i'd say its a guy, i've never met any girl that acted that way. its probably a pedophile. get an email address, use windows live messenger and do a video chat. simple and easy. thats what i would suggest.

I know that's the thing though, I actually think the person is really cool. Kinda person I'd talk to in real life from what I've seen so far. I just don't want to be tricked and lose that or anything cos that might screw it up. But I don't tihnk its a gay guy, "she" said she was a girl a couple times when tlaking to someone else
