I've just noticed that a lot of things seem to be similar to WOW these days.

Anyway, games like WoW and Starcraft have managed to ruin the MMORPG industry. And, by ruin, I mean that any other MMO that is not similar to them, will almost definitely not succeed. =

Starcraft is NOT an MMORPG.
And if you say that it is the same with RTS's. Then i would like to point you in the direction of C & C and DoW.

Yes, my mistake, I must have been thinking of something else.

No probs, that was not hostile in any means.
Sometimes people complain that because of starcraft and warcraft that the entire RTS genre has been blizzardised (yes people do complain of that.) and how everything just rips them off.
That was basically the perspective i thought you had taken, and I just wanted to correct it.

Actually, Borderlands stems from an animated short known as Codehunters.


And the gameplay shares more in common with Hellgate: London than with Diablo.
