Stuffed bell peppers are my favorite thing to make and eat.
Ground beef, cheddar cheese, brown rice, diced tomatoes and onions, simmered on the stove-top - spooned into a hollowed out bell pepper, the bell pepper and bell pepper top are then drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and baked to epic deliciousness for 25 to 30 minutes, while wrapped in aluminum foil.
Of course that's the very basic recipe and there is more of an order to it, but, it's...sooooo good. They look kinda like that.
As for a drink? I drink a LOT of water,..and iced tea. Sometimes I'll have a diet soda, but rarely.
