Technologically, there is absolutely no differnece between downloading and streaming. If you stream something, you are still making a copy of it on your computer. As far as copyright law is concerned, there is no difference, as you are still making a copy.
On this topic, I used to watch the Daily Show and The Colbert Report on their websites. But now I can't do that any more. The last fucking place they didn't block me because I'm outside of the damn States. So I reckon they now have given me no choice than to leech it wherever I can find it. So no more ad money from me. *shrugs*

Ah you silly people caught in societies whims. Having one type of light refracted through your optics is no different then having a different type of light refracted. If i look at a curtain all i'm seeing is light bouncing off a piece of matter. Looking at a movie is no different. Honestly one cant own lightwaves.
