It's the apocalypse, and the protagonist from the game you last played is your teammate.

Tir McDohl from Suikoden.

Between his badass Bo-Staff fighting skills and his True Rune, the Soul Eater (aka the Rune of Life and Death), and his amazing ability to convince 107 other people to follow him, I should be set.

Won't be long before Tir, myself, and 4 others are dashing across the countryside while 102 other friends stay at the HQ waiting for us to come back and point at the next thing that needs to die in massive warfare.

Last game I played was Galactic Civilizations 2, so I suppose I should pick one of my battleships huh?

Right, so I'll pick my Rolling Doom cruiser, which is equipped with three warp engines, 12 invincibility shields, one Doom Ray, and about nine Black Hole Generators.

I'm safe I think.

Link! :D I might have a chance as long as I'm behind him.
NICE! Link!! :) He's totally who I'd want to chill with during the apocalypse (or before and after too for that matter!) -even though I don't think his sword would be much use against mutants... but who knows!

Also, just wondering, which Zelda game were you playing at the time??

Twilight Princess. I stood up until 6 in the morning so I could fight Zant again, because that is my all time favorite boss battle of the series.

Game I last played was Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock. Isn't that whole game like a battle against evil using music or something?

Either way, I'm screwed.

Gotta love the late night boss fights! I loved twilight princess, 'cept I was forced to quit my game at the part where you're running around the field and you have to shoot down all of those bird-things that are attacking you. I saved right after the bridge and then realized I had no arrows and couldn't go back...

Btw, sorry to botch the magic of the part with such a crappy explanation lol.

Well actually last played two games at the same time so my team mate would either be the main character from lost odyssey (Who I would so trust to have my back) and the main character from Infinite Undiscovery

I'd go with the guy from Lost Odyssey (also because I have no idea what Infinite Discovery is lol)!

But yeah, he'd also seem pretty awesome in a having-your-back situation.

I get Chell from Portal....
I should be good to go, though I doubt anything I'd do would get her to talk or do much in the way of acknowledging my existence.
Eh, if you're a robot, expect silence. If not... just try to keep the topic away from robots? xD

I have to ask though, how would she be a useful partner in the apocalypse? Aside from a general refusal to die, she's pretty much got nothing in the end.

The inappropriately named player character from Heartgold? Damn, if only my original Silver still worked, he had some good Pokemon. Oh well, at least I have a Gyarados, hopefully my enemies don't realize that he just evolved from a Magikarp and has absolutely no cool powers.

Okay Blitzcrank(LoL), its just you and me. CHARGE!!!

basically, we might be okay if we can find an ideal place where his Rocket grab would come in handy, and his Ultimate's cooldown is pretty small.

My partner would be the Paladin from Diablo II and I think we'd be just fine. Not only can he heal me and make my defenses or attacks or resistances better, he's got some very impressive aura powers that make him hell on earth in a fight. On the down side, I'd have more fights that most folks because this idiot just HAS to fight the bad guys and dispense justice no matter what.

I think he's be fine on the trail and around the camp fire, but his personal beliefs would really start to chap my ass pretty damn quick.

Then again... Town Portal is a fantastic bonus.
