Ah crap, I last played the DA2: Legacy DLC- and I don't think rogue Hawke's magic daggers will do me much good against the undead mutant zombies that we are sure to encounter... While it's true that The Lone Wanderer in my game of Fallout 3 is fucking tanking as well as a genuinely good guy, he has a tendency to be right in the middle of every single armed conflict in the capital wasteland and beyond. Considering also that companions in Fallout 3 are non-essential and will die when shot down, my instincts tell me I should stay the fuck away from danger if I'm lucky enough to survive the apocalypse as it is. So in short - hanging out with the Lone Wanderer is probably not a good idea unless I can just hang out in his Megaton house while he's out scavenging and saving what's left of the world.

Well, the last game I played is Fallout: New Vegas, so at least I know my partner is fully equipped to handle post-apocalyptic scenarios. Besides the usual Fallout protagonist badassery and expertise, my character also happens to be highly moral, charming, intelligent, handsome, and a bit of a ladies man (works out well for me, being a lady and all). Basically he's perfect for this situation and every possible way, whether it be for keeping me alive or providing pleasant company. So, hooray for my tendency to always play the stereotypical hero type.
