Oh, you want obscure? If you've even heard of this band, you gain a cookie.

Tengwar.

Going to see them live in October.
They're on youtube =/= obscure
I'm afraid you're underestimating the capabilities of YouTube. The formula is more like They're on YouTube = They exist

Hell, I'm on youtube playing the guitar, and I'm hardly well known.

Here's another one, to satisfy your awfully narrow definition of obscure: Jabalí María.

As far as I know they're not on youtube, so they're, by your logic, obscure. Unless being on the Internet equals not being obscure, that is.

-gives you digital cookies- You, internet person, have made me a happy wannabe pirate.

To stay with the topic, I add The Corsairs and Great Big Sea (not sure about the second one, but I don't know anyone who has heard of The Corsairs)
Shiver me timbers, laddie--*cough* you know the Jolly Rogers?
Yep. Deadmentellnotales.com used to carry their CDs.

Well, I'll be buggered. Do they not carry them anymore?

Sadly, they don't. They have The Pyrates Royale, The Corsairs, Skip Henderson, and The Bilge Pumps. However, they do sell some things I've never heard of anywhere else, like Jolly Roger Barbecue Sauce...

crass, british hippie-anarchist-proto punks, right?
apocalyptica, those metal dudes who play all on cellos and stuff.
scatman john, is he alive? i heard a thousand times the dude has died. he had one hit then more than ten years later he´s found to be dead. several times since the first time. weird.
