If you're making music for other people you're doing it wrong.
That's just idiotic reasoning. What business is it of anyone's why somebody makes music? What if the person enjoys making music because of how it makes others feel.

That is one screwed up form of elitism you have there. It's better to make music for fans than it is to make money, and the latter is what 99% of musicians are going for.

Johnny On Fire. They're sucky...kind of. Haven't heard much from them in a little while.

Oh, and I've heard of about 80% of bands posted and listened to about 40%. I have the advantage.

Because I want music with genuine emotion I'll be damned if any artist knows what the hell I'm feeling. I want to know what THEY'RE feeling give me YOUR emotion, don't pretend like you can cater to me.

They are not obscure in the slightest, you will hear them on music channels.

Yeah, I looked through my artists in reverse alphabetical order, because I can. Probably not all that obscure, but I tried.
I have their album Krankhaus.

I don't think bands that have played on Kerrang! can count as obscure.

They did the music for the Gears of War 2 trailer.

What the hell music channel do you watch? The ones i get would never play anything that would dare scare normal people. And thank you, I did mean :Wumpscut:

It's called 'Scuzz' it plays mainly various types of metal and rock. Admittedly the only MSI song they play is 'Straight to Video' so it's not any of their crazier stuff.

You are very welcome. Listen to their older stuff too, particularly Nancy the Tavern Wench and Wolves of the Sea. If they ever play somewhere near you, I would highly recommend them live.
