This man's an imbecile. I've looked at the "loophole" that he's sneaked back in through and according to my brother, a lawyer and his friend, also a lawyer (proper lawyers not "I hate vidya games" people), he will hang his diploma up and then have to take it down again. Something about separate State laws mean that he actually can't do this. He was never disbarred in the first place so there are no problems kicking him out again when he says that Sims 3 encourages children to manipulate families or some such drivel.
