Well welcome back Jack I'm sure everyone in the courts will take you even more seriously now that you are having a triumphant return.

Problem is that he likely broke multiple laws over the course of his career that are still under the statute of limitations. So they could find something to disbar him for easy.

Police do similar things to bring in suspected suspects before they have hard evidence for what they REALLY arrested the people for.
