I stick to the gym until it's warm enough to jog outside. I do love a nice jog through the countryside surrounding my home on a warm sunny evening, it's a great way to relax and take my mind off things.

I've stopped jogging in the past few months. That's because joggers are always the ones to find "the body".
That could be considered a positive, if one was a necrophiliac.

I'm starting to ride my bike as often as I can to and from class/stores/etc. I would love to be in better shape and am thinking about taking a spinning class sometime soon.
Oh you definitely should! I love spinning! My new gym doesn't have spinning but they're starting an x-biking class up soon, which I'm told is the next step up from spinning as it were.

3 miles in 20 mins, thats a 6.6 mile per minute pace, which is well into the "RUNNING" category. My point is doing that every day is actually bad for you. You should try doing a hard run like that every couple of days and doing something like a 45 minute run at an 8 mile per minute pace in between.

To stay in shape I am on my high school track and cross country team. I do pole-vault and the 2 mile mostly so needless to say I work myself half to death =)

I lift weights, and I ski in the winter. I do intend to start riding my bike for excercise though, followed by running up a fair hill, before running down and biking home.

I don't do anything.
Mostly because I'm a lazy ass.
Going out to run seems pointless to me, as I have no reason to do so. If someone was chasing me with a saw or something, then I would run.
But that has only been the case two times so far.
Thankfully, I have a good metabolism, so for the moment I don't have to worry too much about fitness.

I have to be careful how much I jog so I don't shed too much weight and muscle . I'd replace it with something easier to regulate but I just enjoy it too much. Though many of my mates prefer fast sprints to train, I quite enjoy long slow runs.

There's nothing in the world like running on empty lanes at the crack of dawn, seeing the sun rise over hills and scaring cows as you go past :p.

I'm training for a marathon so I'm doing five mile runs like every other day at the moment. I'm going to try a 10 mile run this weekend. Then the weekend after = marathon time/death.

I've been jogging for about three months now, trying to get fit for a 10K run. Easter has been my downfall though....damn you easter eggs!

I do the vomit comet!

Also known as Chain Gang Cycling.
There's nothing quite like the pain of being at the front, anyone who can keep it up for more than hour is hardcore in my books. Other kinds of cycling too, but chain gang is the one that makes you faster.

I cannot jog or run for more than around 20 feet. I cannot control myself and I end up wasting all my energy

I can, however, walk for literal days. Walking is my thing, and I love to ramble oh so much

5 days in the Peruvian passes in Vilcabamba was all I needed. They were the best days of my life so far

I'm not much of a jogger. I prefer walking or using a rowing mahcine.
I find with jogging I end up having to concentrate on the jogging itself and end up think "Bugger this for a laugh!" and give up. With walking, I can enjoy the scenery and let my mind wander while I still get exercise.

Plus me jogging would be a horrific sight and I'd probably be arrested for causing a disturbance.

I do martial arts to stay flexible and to get some sort of workout. I am also looking into joining my schools rugby team. I don't jog but now that spring is coming I really want to start and get a routine going to lose weight and get into better shape.
