well lately I've been using a trad mill and lifting weights usually a couple times a week. I need to do that more frequently though.

Basically a super jump rope lol. Great for conditioning and working on agility. If you've ever watched any video with boxers in it, you've likely seen someone training with one.
Oh right, at my boxing gym we only use normal skipping ropes. I might get one of those speed ropes myself, are they any harder to use?

Oh and since everyone has started talking about fitness, I do push ups, pull ups, the plank and weights every night.

Walking a lot at school and work. I also go to a gym and use things like a treadmill, cross trainer and bikes. When the weather gets a bit better I might start going out on my bike more often.
