Sheesh, if my daughter was a dirty filthy pirate I'd just punch a hole through her damn computer screen. Gets the message across quickly. I got slapped/spanked as a kid, which was the right discipline(for me anyway). But never flat out assaulted like this shit.

Oh, interesting fact.

Texas has the lowest splitting up of families in the USA from child protection services.

It also has the highest death rate of children due to domestic abuse in the USA... hmmm... I wonder why...
Yes, Texas sucks. We get it.

the fact that this was filmed at all makes me think it's faked. the chances that this "just happened" to be caught on video and released when he's up for re-election makes it really sketchy for me. does the OP have access to any news sources, the link to where the reddit post came from (besides the youtube video) or a personal testimonial? the man's face is obscured most of the time, so i don't know that pics of the judge in question would help much.

basically, fake until proven real beyond a shadow of a doubt, as is the eternal law of the internet. it's way too "perfectly" horrible to be real, IMO.

Not just Texas.

You combine the populations of the UK, Germany, France & Japan they have a population well over 300 million.

However the US with a smaller population has 3 times the number of child deaths from domestic abuse than the other countries combined.

Replace Terrorists with the judges name in the song below, and America with legal system, OH GOD THE IRONY!

Seriously though, how Ironic is it that he will be facing the same laws that he has been upholding, oh god its delicious.

I think its real, because weirder has been caught on film, everything from robberies to murder to even corruption, remember, she was obsessed with the internet, all sorts of things that she could have been doing with the camera.

That's awful. I do agree that it's odd that there was a camera on, though, particularly in such an optimized position to catch everything. On those grounds, I sincerely hope it's fake.

Convenient how there was a camera and the lighting worked out perfectly to make it almost not look staged. Also the fact that she is trying to let the mother off makes her a worthless invalid.

I can't see how this is fake. It was taken several years ago and held on to by the girl. I would be afraid of releasing this too. She originally posted this on reddit in the WTF section. From what she said, she had just got done being verbally assaulted by her father over the phone and had finally had enough of his shit. As far as the angle of the camera and the fact the guy is up for re-election doesn't really deter the feeling is real. The girl seemed quite honest about her comments. The father being stressed from elections wanted to vent on to a person who could easily abuse. Well it back fired on him.

As far as the angle goes it doesn't look like a very big room. Very easy to get a wide spread view of it and even then there they weren't exactly in the middle. If she was looking to catch the abuse on camera which I do think she was at the time she just picked the perfect spot to put the camera.

Honestly I think the mother just wanted it to be over. She took the belt away from the father and just said to let her spank the girl once and be done with it. Being in a relationship with an abusive person like that the other tends to pick up their traits unwillingly. If the mother tried to stop the father even more so I would say the mother would of gotten beaten herself which I'm sure she has when the guy makes comments such as "I'm going to beat you into submission."

Reminds me of the time my stepdad dragged me by my throat and threw me on the street in the middle of winter while my mom stood back and watched. Ahhh.....good times. Also if this man is a judge, our judges need to be mentally screened better. Multiple psychiatric tests per year to make sure they are capable of applying the law justly. This man is a sick fuck.

Edit: course our government would never do that because its already declared itself as the pinnacle of humanity.....lol. *shrugs* America, what ya gonna do?

"the fact that this was filmed at all makes me think it's faked."

i think you mean SET UP BY THE GIRL TO PROVE WHAT WAS GOING ON.

give ONE reasonable scenario for how this could have been faked.

who was there?
- the girl, and she was 15 when she filmed this
- the mom was involved
- it's judge william adams or, as you bizarrely are convinced, a very, very good impersonator who's also a great actor with no qualms of beating a young girl

how could this be faked, then? No, don't walk away. think about it. think about what you just said. ah!

the girl and the mom hired an excellent fake dad and performed a startlingly real abuse scenario, held onto the video for 7 years, then randomly decided to hit up ol judgey with it. that's what you're saying.

...are you judge adams? he's already called this as "libel" on another forum, which is pretty hilarious because it's a VIDEO OF HIM. Libel only applies to things that are said falsely.

On one hand, the fact that a person, a fucking judge no less, would do this to their own disabled daughter, makes me a very jaded person indeed.

On the other hand, the response of complete strangers to serve this man his just deserts makes me feel a lot better.

I have no idea if under the law in that area at that time he had the right to use a belt. If he did, while I don't agree with what he did, it was her choice to punish her for breaking the law. Certainly a judges daughter breaking the law is not a ood thing.

If he wasn't legally allowed to use that kind of force, why would she upload it instead of handing it over to the authorities to have him criminally charged?

As for the wife, she is 100% responsible for what she did. Any excuses she has are BS, as proven by the fact she was inisting on helping with the beating even though her husband wanted to handle it.
You read my mind. There's a lot missing here.
The authorities are always looking favor of their own, my friends dad abused him and childservices did nothing because he was a cop. OT: This is why I hate authority figures in the government they tend to be abuse with any power on any level.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was true but you need to have some stats to back up an accusation like that.

As for the vid, I didn't watch it but I look forward to seeing what internet justice will do to this guy.

Whipping your own paralyzed daughter? Doesn't get much lower than that.
My brother has the same condition, he has a job, drives, and he kicked my ass from K-8 till I learned how to perform a perfect sleeper hold. So she's not paralysed she just had complications during child development.

BBC news report.
You can't get it unless you alter your IP settings illegally.
Thats just deaths >.>

Someone from the UK watch it and back me up here!

Now the figures from the report and not just my memory:
Children die every day:
UK & Germany - 2 (not 2 each, 2 between them)
France - 3
Japan - 4
(total 9)
USA - 27

This is per day which is pretty atrocious for the (former) richest nation on earth.

you're saying that like it's a bad idea to film a parent who beats you while threatening you. why is that bad? that's good. if it were a few years sooner, it would be proof that he was a child abuser and he could be attending his first case as defendant.. unfortunately it's likely the statute of limitations is up by now. however, this does kill his chances of re-election and that's great. this is a man of pure evil, and should not be allowed to determine, among other things, custody.

people like you are good for motivation to find out how i, a random member of the internet, can help defeat a county judge that i would otherwise not care at all about being re-elected or not.
