I do this too, it's hilarious when someone tries to stab you, then ends up with a throwing knife in the face.Jedoro said:Inspired by the thread about "try hards," what do you do in a game that's solely for your enjoyment?
For example, I still play Modern Warfare 2 and I run around with the Riot Shield. Yeah, I die more than I kill. Yeah, I hear people on both the other and my team talk shit to me. But you know what? It is damn fun to see someone spray me with bullets before I walk up and nudge them with a big piece of plastic. So, what do you do that doesn't achieve victory, but lets you have a good time?
Once in the arena, I was fighting an elf when it became clear I wasn't going to win. Then it occurred to me that he was low on fatigue, and I punched him until kept falling over helpless. I won with 1 hp.Tesral said:Hand-to-hand in Oblivion. It's tough to get started, but when you get a high skill it's much more satisfying to kill an enemy with your FISTS OF STEEL. Plus it saves you the cost and weight of weapons. (Although it does take all of the weapon variation out of the game, making combat progression somewhat more boring.)
