how will it harm it? do you not have the ability to use the mute option? its not hard most games it takes less then a few seconds.
People trash talk...On pc, On psn, hell I've heard it on Wii with the one voice chat thingy...Xbox live will be no different, and this wont ruin xbox live or its community its easy to mute people. I do it constantly it takes so little time it doesn't hinder my play time.

lol gosh so many replies from people that don't realize this product was released in 2007...and there was a version made by another company released in 2006...and infact I believe they had a product for the original xbox that did this.

hell I remember on the game battlezone *pc around 1998* you could modify the game to give your self unique death sounds that played for every one, as well as unique little bitmap flags that hung over your character and ship...my sound clip was an engless rant of cuss words, and random fart sounds whenever I got killed.

that may be...but anyone willing to pay so much for it will likely put up some true gems. as for that as I've said this product was released in 2007 and there was another in 2006, and I swear there was one for the original xbox, and I remember doing custom sound clips when I died in battle zone for the pc.

actually that's not true, A 3rd party peripheral maker can pretty much do anything they want as long as they are not infringing on patents or copyright.

the officially licensed controller maker is Madcatz on last checking they are the ones able to put official licensed on their controllers and other such products. Datel is not official licensed or sanctioned and they are based in the UK...so unless they grievously break patents and copyright laws Microsoft cant do much to stop them.
