ummm I know this is April Fool's Joke, but hormones and transition doesnt work that way. If you are transition you are basically on hormones forever. The surgery just means you will need a much lesser dosage (getting srs doesnt make the body produce estrogen)

Sorry, but I know for a fact that this doesn't work. Nothing current modern medicine can do will make your body produce hormones of the opposite gender.

Aside from which, it's overkill. If it was really about his voice, all he'd need to do is get castrated.

And actual full sex change is completely redundant.
