The diamonds will slowly sublimate into CO2...it might take a couple eons though.

I really don't get why you'd get the bottom ones done, they're barely visible. I also hope he chews with the gold parts. Diamonds vs. teeth means diamonds will win and he'll need more work done.

I imagine the most likely outcome is that the diamonds will steadily wear down his top row of real teeth.

I'm 25, and I had to get my top teeth removed. I wear dentures now, and I have to put my teeth in a jar everynight and put them in when I go somewhere snazzy so people don't think I'm a hobo. And this guy, just cause he has money, goes out and replaces all of his teeth with freaking diamonds. I'd be happy just having my actual teeth back. I'm all for the rich enjoying their money. By all means, go out to fancy dinner places and travel around the world. But this? This is just stupid and wasteful.

Im sure once the bottom row of diamond teeth has worn away (probably within a matter of weeks) the top row of real teeth he will miss his actual teeth as well

btw, i sypathsize with your story, my grandpa was in the marines and had a piece of debris shattered his front row, i bring this up because he got a 'crown' (a bunch of false teeth fixed into his jaw) which you may or my not have already considered or heard of.... not to get all up in your medical buisness but yeah

Acutally I hadn't heard of that, and it would be nice to just have my teeth always be there and not have the ability to put them in my pocket when I'm done with them for the day . And yeah, I guess there's one more benefit to looking like a James Bond villain, he'll never have any problems opening things with his mouth again.
