I kinda like it cold, when it's served with hot food obviously, makes the taste sharper, stronger. Much nicer. But i don't refrigerate it for some reason. I might try for a while..

In the fridge.

None of my mates have ever complained or even asked why we keep it in the fridge, but if they do they'll be getting a swift booting from the house. They will eat the ketchup the way I like it and they will bloody well enjoy it.

I know, but the colder it is, the better less liquid there is. Plus, when its cold, it cools down the food, whihc is actually suprising when if you ask people how much of a difference it makes. I think it seems to add more to burger, and gives you less chance of heartburn/indigestion.

Never thought of it that way...but then again my food has never been to a very hot level...or least not the food I use ketchup with >.>
