So how much will the likes of EA/Activision/Square/MS/Sony be willing to fork over for the likes of Metal Gear and Silent Hill? Would love to see Visceral take a crack at Silent Hill, hell would like to see what Naughtu Dog would do with Metal Gear.
Or rather, why make a Silent Hill pinball machine when they can make three or four Silent Hill Pachinko machines and, four or five Metal Gear mobile games. I would also prepare for news about some kind of Yugioh TCG app coming soon to smartphones as well. It's unfortunate but Konami has never been a game maker I've had a lot of love for anyway. Nothing they really did in the past effected me except for when they stopped localizing Mystic Ninja games.Spot1990 said:They could always go the Fox route and just sit on IPs they have no intention of ever using for "reasons". Why sell their Silent Hill license when they can make a Silent Hill themed pinball machine for instance.
I think this is the first time I've seen someone say "What if Nintendo buys them" and I thought "nah, I don't want that."Dreiko said:If Nintendo buys them, getting Silent Hill and MGS on their systems could actually give them an edge they need.
Seconded.Sniper Team 4 said:Goodbye Suikoden series. I'll miss you. Still so many unanswered questions, still so much potential for good stories, all gone.

I don't want the one franchies I've always been able to get on Playstation suddenly go to Nintendo exclusively.tstorm823 said:I think this is the first time I've seen someone say "What if Nintendo buys them" and I thought "nah, I don't want that."Dreiko said:If Nintendo buys them, getting Silent Hill and MGS on their systems could actually give them an edge they need.
