Of course I can my dear. On expert, a Jockey comes in with a ridiculous amount of health for its size and for some reason very powerful secondary attack. It is fast, small and jumps around constantly making it a harder target to hit than most infected. It jumps on you and downs you in a few seconds, depending on how alert your teammates are that is. The spitter, uber-ranged splash damage but thankfully she can be killed with one sniper round. Any tight formation gets destroyed by them. Making them terrible to deal with in a horde. Maybe rigged wasn't the best word, but they are overpowered. Specifically the Jockey.
Good point, but the Jockey is surprisingly easy to avoid if you know it's coming, I found circle strafing around the Jockey to be very effective. Pretty tough to do in a horde though, but I also find it quite easy to shoot a Jockey from a survivor. He's very powerful but only if properly coordinated with, indeed, the Spitter, or the Smoker (one survivor gets snagged, another comes to rescue him, you jump on him when he wants to bash the snagged survivor).
I'm quite happy with the fact that a tight formation can be more easily broken, it was one of my main complaints in L4D, the fact that the survivors could corner camp so easily. Can't do that anymore now, makes Versus a lót more dynamic, a lot more tactics are available for the SE now.
