Pretty much by opening her mouth in front of a microphone, while emitting sound waves detected by the human ear as noise, sometimes interperted as music. Of course, us music connoisseurs don't hear this as music, rather hearing it as awkward voices from beyond the grave the likes of which have never been heard before in real, actual music.

By the by, her original justification for that costume is that it calls attention to the objectification of her body as "just another piece of meat." That makes a whole lot more sense than the homosexual thing, but whatever.

EAT steak, that's fine. But WEAR steak? You might as well be wearing fur. Or worse, by using the meat as something other than food (or in some cases, for science experiments), you are (well, she is) denying the main reason the animals were killed in the first place and thereby mocking the animals' sacrifices.
