Anyways, yeah it was Explosions in the Sky, along with Mogwai, Ana Johnson, Dido, Enigma, Johann Johannsson, Plumb, Qntal, and One Republic.

Really awesome group. I guess avant garde, though their songs seem quite structured when compared to other somewhat popular avant garde. Some Mr Bungle members constantly present in band.

Second RHCP guitarist solo project, quite different stylistically for the mostpart. I find it quite enjoyable as Flea and Antony irk me quite a bit, which prevents me from listening to the majority of RHCP without raging.
