Harry Potter and the Courier of the Wastes...
We join our young wizards and witch during their escape from a group of Death Eaters while trying to investigate the Deathly Hallows. Unfortunately, it was Harry that keyed the Apparation this time and all he could think of was one of Dudley's video games about the world after the devastation of nuclear firepower. They find themselves in a wasteland, not far from some strange air vehicle that's taken a nosedive into the ground. There are robots here, and they don't look friendly.
Ron: Well, can't we just Apparate again?
Harry: No, something's wrong. The magic doesn't feel right. It's like we're starting from scratch!
Hermione: That would make a sort of sense if it's another world. We'd have to get use to it.
And even as they use some of their easier-to-cast attack spells, curses, and charms, the robots are heavy military and not easily taken care of...that is until there was a ray of light from the heavens, the three of them duck, and the robots explode as the Courier comes onto the scene, having kill-sat'd the robot bastards.
The Courier: I love this thing.
ED-E: *Plays triumphant music*
Thus begins a strange tale of the first signs of magic in the wasteland, as the three of them team up with the Courier to find a way to return to their world and survive in the interim. Somehow, this mere delivery man is the most important fellow in the wasteland. How did THAT happen? He has so many guns and kills so many creatures... If he weren't a good guy, they'd've left him in the lurch. Finally, though, the trio return to their world. There is, however, just one problem...
Ron: Where's our wands?
Back in the wasteland...
The Courier: Bwa ha ha ha haaa!
