Latest game you purchased and why?

Braid, because 2,50

Also shadows of the damned and vanquish both really fun.

I want both,I plain on getting at least one of them with my next pay check,which one has more staying power?

Shadows of the damned is the longer game but vanquish seems like a game just pick up and play for a few hours when your bored and it has a score system so you can go for hi scores, hope this helps.

Last game I bought was L.A Noire and I'm finding it really engaging and fun. Nothing better than everyone in the room shouting out which of the choices is the right one.

Fallout: New Vegas.

I played Fallout 3 when it came out, but I didn't really enjoy the game that much. There were just alot of niggling annoyances that kept bugging me, not the least of which being the massive bugs (I was playing the PS3 version, which I've heard was the worst offender in this regard).

So I wasn't exactly overjoyed then New Vegas came out. But I heard that some of my issues had been addressed, so I decided to play it... eventually. Picked it up from my local Blockbuster used for 15 bucks.

Do not regret the purchase at all. I just finished it yesterday, and I enjoyed it SOOOO much more than FO3.

Love the stainless magic games. They are just a fun way to mess around with magic. The Challenges are fun too!

The orange box because of all the hype about portal 2 made me feel the need to play portal one again because it was THAT GOOD.
Plus I was curious what team fortress 2 was after seeing my friend talking about brink.

Errr re edit I also just bought twilight princess and brawl like yesterday although those were more bonuses because I bought this guys wii with two controllers and wi motion plus for 50 bucks they were just along for the ride.
