Fascist dictatorship for me thank you.
Really? Even if the rules of the government outlawed everything you cared about?
There are more important things.
Also you wouldn't know the laws of the dictatership before you went.
I suppose. Still, the fact that you wouldn't know the laws of the dictatorsip would terrify me.
But in the chaos world you could be in constant danger from criminals.
True, but I'd rather have to defend myself that find myself on the wrong side of a totalitarian government.

I'll take the dictatorship - sure, my freedom is severely limited, but it just seems more pleasant overall.

So we're looking at LE vs GC

what a silly question.

If it was LG vs CG then I would have a tougher time deciding.

And now for my weekly thread!

You are sent to one of two dimensions. One is completely carefree and chaotic, leaders change often, money is questionable at all times, you are on your own entirely. The other is a fascist dictatorship. The law is held up high and all those who don't comply are never seen again. Life with the law is pleasant and good as long as it is followed. Which do you choose? You may not come back or go to the other dimension once you have arrived.

Ok my bad situation aside what are you closer to? Chaos or law. Which do you like more?

Also do not say "Both" chose one the other, this is more of where are you more leaning towards. If you simply cannot then don't post, simple as that.

[sub]Hot damn 1400 posts, didnt mean for that to happen.[/sub]
Any one who posts here, on a forum, is closer to law than chaos despite what they say.

I would aim for the order dimension rather than the chaos dimension, however does anyone who break order get imprisoned/killed or simply magically disappears?

Hmmm, tough one. The "Law" universe sounds appealing because its stable and I'm not going to get murdered by the next person who I accidently breath near.
However, the idea of a dictatorship offends my whiney, bleeding heart liberal sensebilities...

I'd probably go for the Chaos universe and just find some quiet little corner and start something knew. Like the Republic of Dave from Fallout 3 oddly enough...

Depends, is it just me or do I have my friends and family to worry about as well? I can handle myself well enough and I'm enough of a wanderer I'd probably go with Chaos if left to my own, but if I also had to take into account the safety and well-being of those I care for no question I'd gladly go for the dictatorship. I refuse to put them at risk just because of my own fancy for freedom.

I doubt I'd last long in 'chaos world' seeing as I'm far from the anarchist type, but it'd be one helluva interesting time while it lasts, that's for damn sure.

Probably Law. I'd just keep my head down and attempt to change things peacefully through policy for the betterment of my people, maybe even soften up punishments for lawbreakers eventually.

Benevolent, iron-fisted rule for me thanks. Hell, even if it wasn't benevolent I'd take the dictatorship over a communist utopia.

So the choice is chaos in which anything goes (obviously including murder and the fact society would crumble)... or a dictatorship where somehow everyone is happy and content and society would flourish into a parfect utopia? hmm... tough option there.

Also as to the serious question... i'm doing a law degree so i figure i've gotta pick.... more oriented towards chaos >:)

Chaos. I'm too much of a lone wolf and a survivor anyway, so I'd fit in pretty well there. And no rules means no-one to stop me from doing whatever it takes to ensure my own survival, which would suit me just fine.

Chaos. I love the idea of destruction and uncertainty. Peace and law is just to same same after god knows how many times you get told that "Fighting is wrong" and "Stay in school" following rules is good and all.

But wheres the rules when somebody ticks you off enough to hit them in the face with a wheelchair.

Oh wait.

Thats why video games were invented.

Nah Im kidding.

I'd Pick chaos in all seriousness
