Baked beans + canned tuna + salsa + cheese. Microwave it. Tastes pretty damn awesome.
That's pretty good actually. I even have beans IN salsa sauce already so I just need to get some tuna :)

Here's a simple one most of you should know. Muesli only use low fat yoghurt instead of milk. Its filling and healthy too (Unlike most things I make)

Biscuits and gravy

Cook buttermilk or flaky biscuits however it says on the can

Get one of those rolls of Jimmy Dean sausage in the plastic with the ends tied up.

Put that shit in a pan and cook it until it's cooked.

Alternate putting in milk and flour and whisk with great vigor while doing all this. Keep putting in milk and flour until it's as thick as you want

Crack open the biscuits and dump some gravy on and eat until you collapse from joy.

I use this one to, but I fry the cooked rice and spam together with some capsicum, onions and soy sauce. Lazy person fried rice.

I spend 1-3 hours making dinner, so anything shorter than half an hour seems lazy to me.

Quick protein salad.

*Fresh iceberg lettuce, just tear it with your hands.
*Small can of kidney beans, drained & rinsed.
*1 can Yellowfin/Tono tuna, undrained, must be in oil.
*Sunflower seeds.
*If you only have water tuna, then drain it & add sesame oil.

It might sound odd to some, but I find I often crave the taste of this mix.

Get one of these, put something between bread, leave until the bread is toasted, then you enjoy.

Iceberg lettuce is shitteir.

Spinach is awesome. The more green your leafy greens are the better they are.

Otherwise your salad is awesome.

I usually put the can of tuna in a pan with sliced carrot first.

I remember having baked beans on noodles a few times at university, when I had nothing else left to eat and couldn't be bothered to go out and buy more food.
