Oliver watched patiently as the group he had summoned went about their usual business of bickering. He had grown sick of it long ago, but decided it was in their best interest to get it out of the way before they got to business. Once they appeared ready to leave, having forgotten entirely the reason they were gathered, he cleared his throat to grab their attention.
"Everyone, glad to see you made it." He said. "We've got a raid coming up. I'm guessing you've all caught sight of that pink bubble up in the mountains at some point. Turns out, that's the place where a very dangerous man named Amaranth is hiding. And we have a way to get in and bring him down.
There's a small tunnel that Amaranth neglected to close, leading all the way back to the mansion. We've had a team widening it enough to get our entire group through--including you, should you come. Once there, a young girl we've recruited named Jayne will use a spell from her grandfather's book to bring down the shield, allowing us access."
"I won't lie," he said. "it's a dangerous mission, and we've lost people just preparing for it. I can't guarantee your safety, but I'd appreciate it if you put your powers to use and help us save what's left of this city. Is anybody in?"
