Dan noticed a couple of figures in a bell towar across the street, but he pretended not to notice. He climbed back down.
"Crap...that's my second dose in a short time. I'm probably gonna be out cold when it wares off..." He grinned, "So, my skills are pretty impresive arn't they?"

Dan laughed.
"Let's go...back inside. Jess, you need to show me to your...uh...our...bed anyway..."
It was becoming hard for him to keep his conciousness.

Dan got into the bed beside Jess and closed his eyes. He soon fell asleep.

He stared at the "lost" girl. "That blood. How in the world did you-?" He left the question open ended, mostly to see how she would take it.

Fair enough. It's not like I expected anyone to be THAT stupid. Rachel thought. She looked at the man. "It's, huh, I... It was my boyfriend. He tried to protect me from one of those... those things, and he... he" She began to cry slightly, and looked down. To herself, she was smiling. See, honey, I told you I was a good lair.

<color=darkred> "He spread zombie blood on you? Oh, you poor, poor thing." He was glad he had a mask on to conceal his wicked smile.

"That "blood" they have is simply disgusting, what with all the fallout radiation, and that stench! I still haven't gotten all of it out!"

Well... I think he is actually that dumb. Rachel looked up and pointed at the man, her smile replaced with a look of extreme anger. "No, you asshole, it killed him! The... the thing tore him apart and...." Tears filled her eyes again, and she turned around, the smile returning.

<color=darkred>"Really, that's a large boyfriend you had there," Said, Cirque, looking at the girl's equally bloodstained back.

"He'd had to have been at least 8 feet for the blood to have gone that far..." He managed to keep his voice straight, bu he could hardly hold in the laughter that was bubbling up.

"Okay, fine, I killed things, but I was hoping to get some sympathy. No one else has tried to help in any constructive ways." Rachel admitted, turning around, her eyes rather dry. "Look, sorry for lying, but it's the only way to actually get anything done around here." Stupid clown. But I guess he might know something ever so slightly medical if he could guess how tall someone would have to be to have that much blood. Think I should trust this guy, sweety?

<color=red>Cirque Let loose the laughter that he had been stifling. He went on for a few minutes before calming down. Removing his mask to wipe his eyes while still obscuring his face from view, he started talking.

"Oh, what a relief! I hardly had an intention of defending anyone during a zombie apocalypse."

Suddenly, he had an idea. "I'll tell ya what: I'll help find this "brother" of yours, but you've gotta do something for me." An image of the food-stealing LARPer danced across his mind, and he couldn't help but grin.

He started chuckling softly to himself.

"Well, if I am coming clean, will it be a deal breaker if I told you I actually needed you to help me kill someone? It was the 'brother' I was talking about. Fucker started all of this. Murdered my actual fiance while he was at it, too." Rachel said, hoping that she could get a bit of help in the fight and not just in searching fro Jason. Well... I hope that this guy is at least competent in fighting. He seems like a lunatic. Have any ideas what I should do, Tommy? Tommy? Tommy, can you hear me? Sorry, sorry, I couldn't resist.

"The name's Cirque, Assassin extraordinaire~!" He bowed.

As Jason's tail lashed out at Gaz, the hero ducked as the appendage went shooting out the side of the helicopter. Taking the moment to counter-attack, Gaz tried to shock the dragon with as much electricity as he could spare.

That is... really convenient. Ever wonder how we get in to these things, Tommy? Rachel looked at the card. "Well, huh... his name is Jason... Kole, yes, Jason Kole, and I already gave you my best description." She crossed her arms. "But what do you need me to do? The faster that we can get to that, the faster Jason can pay."

<color=red>"Ah! Right!" Said Cirque, instantly remembering the thief. "There is a certain vandal running around, stealing food. I intend to stop him and make him pay. It should be easy with the help of someone willing to stop the man responsible for this... mess, no?"

"However," Cirque continued, "we can worry about the home wrecker later. Right now, we've got a polluter to kill, correct? I've actually got a few bnes to pick with him, myself..." He trailed off, remembering his employees.

Early hockey game tomorrow morning. Gotta get to the sleepin'.
